\n\u2022 N\u00ebse statusi i personit q\u00eb ka realizuar t\u00eb ardhurat e tilla \u00ebsht\u00eb Person fizik\u00eb jo afarist apo Person fizik\u00eb afarist, duhet t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb dispozitat ligjore t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me Ligjin Nr. 05\/L-028 p\u00ebr Tatimin n\u00eb t\u00eb Ardhura Personale dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhurat e realizuara, t\u00eb aplikoj normat tatimore si n\u00eb tabel\u00ebn e bashkangjitur.
\n\u2022 N\u00ebse statusi i personit q\u00eb ka realizuar t\u00eb ardhurat e tilla \u00ebsht\u00eb Person juridik\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb dispozitat ligjore t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me Ligjin Nr. 06\/L-105 p\u00ebr Tatimin n\u00eb t\u00eb Ardhurat e Korporatave dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhurat e realizuara, t\u00eb aplikoj norm\u00ebn tatimore si n\u00eb tabel\u00ebn e bashkangjitur.
