Sipas aktgjykimit t\u00eb shpallur nga gjykat\u00ebsi Minir Hoti, i akuzuari Hyseni d\u00ebnimin me gjob\u00eb obligohet ta paguaj\u00eb n\u00eb afat prej 15 dit\u00ebsh nga dita e plotfuqish\u00ebmris\u00eb s\u00eb aktgjykimit, raporton \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n
Paraprakisht, akuzuari u deklarua fajtor p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ngarkon aktakuza e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cE pranoj faj\u00ebsin\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, jetoj n\u00eb kushte shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda sociale, nuk kam pas mund\u00ebsi me i ble drut\u00eb, ato dru i kam pas p\u00ebr nevoja familjare, lus gjykat\u00ebn t\u00eb m\u00eb liroj nga kjo akuz\u00eb\u201d, tha mes tjerash i akuzuari Hyseni.<\/p>\n
K\u00ebt\u00eb pranim faj\u00ebsie nuk e kund\u00ebrshtoi prokurori Besart Mustafa dhe m\u00eb pas e aprovoi edhe gjykat\u00ebsi Minir Hoti.<\/p>\n
I akuzuari Hyseni \u00ebsht\u00eb obliguar edhe n\u00eb pages\u00ebn e shpenzimeve t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs penale dhe at\u00eb 20 euro p\u00ebr paushallin gjyq\u00ebsor dhe 30 euro n\u00eb kompensimin e viktimave t\u00eb krimit.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs pasurore-juridike udh\u00ebzohen n\u00eb kontest t\u00eb rregullt juridiko-civil.<\/p>\n
Ndryshe, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb 3 n\u00ebntorit 2021, Fatbardh Hyseni akuzohej se m\u00eb 22 gusht 2021, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vjedhjes, n\u00eb pyllin me t\u00eb cilin qeveris\u00eb Agjencia Pyjore e Kosov\u00ebs (APK), n\u00eb vendin e quajtur \u201cGurishta\u201d, n\u00eb nj\u00ebsin\u00eb menaxhuese pyjore Shajkoc \u2013 Komuna Podujev\u00eb, ka prer\u00eb 406 trungje t\u00eb llojeve \u201cBung\u201d dhe \u201cQarr\u201d, t\u00eb gjata 6 metra, me diamet\u00ebr 8-11cm, si dhe me v\u00ebllim prej 3.40 met\u00ebr kub.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar\u00ebs Agjencis\u00eb Pyjore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i ka shkaktuar d\u00ebm n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 435 euro.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb, Hyseni akuzohej se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhje pylli\u201d, nga neni 349 par.1 i Kodit Penal, ku kryesi d\u00ebnohet me gjob\u00eb ose me burgim deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit. \/Betimip\u00ebrDrejt\u00ebsi<\/p>\n
