Me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Kryeshefit Ekzekutiv t\u00eb IPK-s\u00eb, z. Kushtrim Hodaj, n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciuar inspektim i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar performanc\u00ebn policore n\u00eb realizimin e urdh\u00ebresave t\u00eb gjykatave.
\n Inspektimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zyrat e administrimit t\u00eb urdh\u00ebresave t\u00eb gjykatave n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb stacioneve policore. Inicimi i k\u00ebtij inspektimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ndikuar edhe nga nevoja q\u00eb Policia t\u00eb sigurohet se ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb veprimet e duhura n\u00eb ndjekjen dhe kapjen e t\u00eb dyshuarve dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve p\u00ebr vepra kriminale. <\/p>\n
Inspektimi ofron nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar angazhimet n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimeve q\u00eb dalin nga ligjet n\u00eb fuqi dhe Plani Strategjik Zhvillimor lidhur me parandalimin dhe luftimin e kriminalitetit brenda shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb inspektimit nga IPK jan\u00eb identifikuar disa Drejtori Rajonale Policore t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb performuar jo k\u00ebnaqsh\u00ebm n\u00eb raport m\u00eb drejtorit\u00eb tjera dhe q\u00eb duhet mobilizuar n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb efektivitetit dhe performanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Gjetjet e k\u00ebtij inspektimi konsiderohet t\u00eb jen\u00eb me interes p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb akter\u00ebt, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb struktur\u00ebn ekzekutuese t\u00eb urdh\u00ebresave t\u00eb gjykatave dhe nivelin mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs – vendimmarr\u00ebs.
\nIPK n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb inspektimit ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shtat\u00eb rekomandime p\u00ebr Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb organizimin e trajnimeve p\u00ebr personel n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, nxjerrjen e udh\u00ebzuesit p\u00ebr administrimin e urdh\u00ebresave, rishikimin e procedurave standarde t\u00eb operimit, rekomandimi p\u00ebr ngritjen e efektivitetit dhe performanc\u00ebs n\u00eb realizimin e urdh\u00ebresave t\u00eb gjykatave, p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin me koh\u00eb t\u00eb urdh\u00ebresave n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb polici etj.<\/p>\n
