Administrata Tatimore e Kosov\u00ebs, njofton t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tatimpaguesit se ka aprovuar Rregulloren e brendshme t\u00eb ATK nr. 01\/2022 mbi P\u00ebrcaktimin e procedurave p\u00ebr funksionimin e Nj\u00ebsive organizative p\u00ebr Gjoba dhe Nd\u00ebshkime (ZGjoNA), e cila fillon t\u00eb zbatohet nga data 01.02.2022.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerash, me k\u00ebt\u00eb Rregullore jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar edhe procedurat pas vendimmarrjes nga ZGjoNA. <\/p>\n
Bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Rregullore, tatimpaguesit ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ZGjoNA shqipton gjoba fikse p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb legjislacionit tatimor, kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb zbritje nga pagesa e t\u00ebr\u00ebsishme e shum\u00ebs s\u00eb gjob\u00ebs. <\/p>\n
?N\u00eb rast se tatimpaguesi paguan gjob\u00ebn e shqiptuar brenda afatit prej pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (15) dit\u00ebsh nga data e hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb Vendimit nga ZGjoNA, tatimpaguesi lirohet nga pagesa e pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb p\u00ebrqind (50%) t\u00eb shum\u00ebs s\u00eb gjob\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptuar dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast procedura e ankimimit suprimohet dhe rasti konsiderohet i mbyllur.<\/p>\n
Tatimpaguesi i cili nuk paguan gjob\u00ebn prej pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb p\u00ebrqind (50%) brenda pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (15) dit\u00ebsh, obligohet t\u00eb paguaj gjob\u00ebn prej nj\u00ebqind p\u00ebrqind (100%) t\u00eb shum\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me Vendim nga ZGjoNA.<\/p>\n
