Ne shohim dialogun si prioritet ky\u00e7 p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. Normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve Kosov\u00eb-Serbi do t\u00eb sjell p\u00ebrfitime, pasi qytetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb lodhur nga status quoja.
