N\u00ebnshkruam memorandum bashk\u00ebpunimi me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb lidhjes s\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit, nga i cili mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb t\u00eb dy institucionet.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutuam rreth krijimit t\u00eb platformave t\u00eb ndryshme digjitale, kryesisht n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebs dhe shkollave t\u00eb Gjilanit.
