Derisa patrulla policore ishte duke u marr me vozit\u00ebsin bashk\u00ebudh\u00ebtari i cili gjendej n\u00eb vetur\u00eb u shmang\u00eb duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal t\u00eb af\u00ebrt dhe n\u00eb tualetin e tij ka tentuar p\u00ebr ta fshehur nj\u00eb pistolete Roger me 8 cop\u00eb fishek\u00eb te Cal.5.27×28 e cila ishte pron\u00eb e vozit\u00ebsit B. I.<\/p>\n
I nj\u00ebjti \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar nga patrulla policore ku \u00ebsht\u00eb konfiskuar arma dhe municioni.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb vetur\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur edhe nj\u00eb Sprej “CO2” si dhe nj\u00eb pistolet\u00eb \u2013 shkrep\u00ebs e plastik\u00ebs (emitim sikur arm\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet), t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb konfiskuar nga policia.<\/p>\n
Me vendim t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb shtetit rasti iniciohet si: ,,Mbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d dhe \u201cMoslajm\u00ebrimi i veprave penale apo kryesve t\u00eb tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n
