Partit\u00eb politike shqiptare garojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndara n\u00eb tri lista zgjedhore, kurse p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb formohet nj\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor nga dy partit\u00eb politike shqiptare dhe nga tri parti qytetare, n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe L\u00ebvizja Qytetare \u201cURA\u201d e mandatarit p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e re t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, Dritan Abazoviq.<\/p>\n
Kuvendi i Ulqinit num\u00ebron 33 vende dhe ato forca politike q\u00eb fitojn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn zgjedhin kryetarin e komun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Ulqinit e kan\u00eb mbi 20 mij\u00eb qytetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb votojn\u00eb n\u00eb 38 vendvotime.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje hapet qendra e thirrjeve t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme ku me an\u00eb t\u00eb telefonimit qytetar\u00ebt do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb raportojn\u00eb p\u00ebr parregullsi t\u00eb mundshme lidhur me procesin zgjedhor dhe me num\u00ebrimin e votave.<\/p>\n
