Osmani u zgjodh pas raundit t\u00eb tret\u00eb t\u00eb votimit ku votuan 82 deputet\u00eb. 71 nga deputet\u00ebt votuan p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin, 11 vota rezultuan t\u00eb pavlefshme, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr kandidatin tjet\u00ebr Nasuf Bejta nuk votoi asnj\u00eb deputet.<\/p>\n
Me t\u2019u zgjedhur presidente, Vjosa Osmani mbajti nj\u00eb fjalim para deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit.<\/p>\n
Ajo n\u00eb fjalimin e saj dha nj\u00eb porosi p\u00ebr vajzat dhe grat\u00eb anemban\u00eb vendit, duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur kur ato \u00ebnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb dhe punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr realizimin e \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n
Osmani vler\u00ebsoi lart edhe vepr\u00ebn e ish-presidentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Ibrahim Rugova, vepr\u00ebn e komandantit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Adem Jashari, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit dhe sakrific\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta krijuar shtetin.<\/p>\n
