M\u00eb par\u00eb ishte raportuar se arrestimi i polic\u00ebve nd\u00ebrlidhet me vrasjen e Oliver Ivanovi\u00e7it, q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs (IPK) ka arrestuar sot dy t\u00eb dyshuar duke realizuar edhe dy bastisje n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Policin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs (PK) dhe n\u00eb konsultim me prokurorin\u00eb kompetente.<\/p>\n
Me autorizim t\u00eb prokurorit dhe Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb, hetuesit e IPK-s\u00eb dhe PK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb realizuar urdh\u00ebres\u00ebn p\u00ebr bastisje n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut me dyshimin se dy zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cManipulim me prova\u201d t\u00eb parapar\u00eb me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Sot (10.02.2018) n\u00eb or\u00ebt e pasdites hetuesit e IPK-s\u00eb dhe PK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb zbatuar urdh\u00ebres\u00ebn e l\u00ebshuar nga Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb bastisur dy lokacione n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb konfiskuar nj\u00eb revole e llojit TT si dhe dy karikator\u00eb me nga 9 fishek\u00eb t\u00eb kalibrit 7.62 mm q\u00eb do sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn penale t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjeshme.<\/p>\n
Me vendim t\u00eb prokurorit t\u00eb shtetit, hetuesit e IPK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb arrestuar dy t\u00eb dyshuar (dy zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb t\u00eb stacionit policor n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut) dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e ndalimit p\u00ebr 48 or\u00eb deri n\u00eb vazhdimin e procedurave t\u00eb tjera gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
