{"id":11440,"date":"2018-02-12T18:18:48","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T18:18:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/?p=11440"},"modified":"2018-02-12T18:18:48","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T18:18:48","slug":"ekskluzive-nenshkruhen-kontratat-per-ndertimin-e-autostrades-prishtine-gjilan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/ekskluzive-nenshkruhen-kontratat-per-ndertimin-e-autostrades-prishtine-gjilan\/","title":{"rendered":"Ekskluzive &#8211; N\u00cbNSHKRUHEN KONTRATAT  P\u00cbR ND\u00cbRTIMIN E AUTOSTRAD\u00cbS PRISHTIN\u00cb-GJILAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs ka n\u00ebnshkruar kontratat e operator\u00ebve ekonomik p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e autostrad\u00ebs Prishtin\u00eb \u2013 Gjilan.<br \/>\nMinistri Pal Lekaj, me rastin e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb kontratave t\u00eb operator\u00ebve, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb punimet n\u00eb materializimin e k\u00ebtij projekti shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr Gjilanin, por edhe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe lidhjen e saj me korridore.<br \/>\nLekaj ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nga \u00e7mimi fillestar p\u00ebr ket\u00eb projekt, buxhetit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs i jan\u00eb kursyer mbi 12 milion\u00eb euro, t\u00eb holla k\u00ebto q\u00eb tashm\u00eb mund t\u00eb alokohen p\u00ebr projekte t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPo ashtu nga sa jan\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb shpenzohen si \u00e7mim i projektit, mbi 41 milion\u00eb euro m\u00eb pak kushtojn\u00eb kontratat e tet\u00eb operator\u00ebve ekonomik\u00eb\u201d, citohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb Lekaj.<br \/>\n\u201cAshtu si\u00e7 e kam th\u00ebn\u00eb nga fillimi, nuk kemi ardhur n\u00eb Qeveri, respektivisht n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar asnj\u00eb projekt mbi baza elektorale e partiake, si\u00e7 na jan\u00eb referuar ish-Qeveria n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, q\u00eb sot jan\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.
