\nN\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb shum\u00eb pika t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Gjilanit jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb flet\u00ebpalosje nga ana e zyrtareve policor duke porositur pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e komunikacionit rrugor t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb u p\u00ebrmbahen rregullave dhe ligjeve n\u00eb fuqi.
