M\u00eb 24 qershor 2021, rreth or\u00ebs 13:10 minuta, n\u00eb Gjilan rruga \u201cZija Shemisu\u201d, n\u00eb kafiterin\u00eb \u201cViva La\u201d, i akuzuari me dashje ka privuar nga jeta viktim\u00ebn I. C., p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, ashtu q\u00eb pas nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje verbale dhe konflikti fizik, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb akuzuarit dhe tani t\u00eb ndjerit lidhur me raportet intime n\u00eb mes t\u00eb akuzuarit dhe bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb viktim\u00ebs, i akuzuari me nj\u00eb thik\u00eb me veprim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt ka privuar nga jeta tani t\u00eb ndjerin, duke e goditur n\u00eb regjionin e p\u00ebrparm\u00eb t\u00eb qaf\u00ebs (n\u00eb fyt), duke i shkaktuar kat\u00ebr plag\u00eb prer\u00ebse dhe dy plag\u00eb prer\u00ebse \u2013 shpuese, nj\u00eb plag\u00eb prer\u00ebse \u2013 shpuese n\u00eb regjionin e p\u00ebrparm\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn e majt\u00eb t\u00eb regjionit ijor (lumbal), ku p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb plag\u00ebve t\u00eb marra viktima nuk ka mundur t\u00eb mbijeton dhe rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb Spitalin Regjional t\u00eb Gjilanit, i nj\u00ebjti vdes. <\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebto veprime, i akuzuari ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cvrasje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, vep\u00ebr e sanksionuar me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK). <\/p>\n
Trupi gjykues i Departamentit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, pas shtjellimit t\u00eb gjitha provave dhe d\u00ebgjimit t\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, t\u00eb akuzuarit i shqipton d\u00ebnim burgu n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej 20 (nj\u00ebzet) vite. <\/p>\n
Gjykata ka nxjerr\u00eb vendim duke i vazhduar mas\u00ebn e paraburgimit t\u00eb akuzuarit deri n\u00eb plotfuqishm\u00ebri t\u00eb aktgjykimit, por jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se d\u00ebnimi i shqiptuar me burgim. <\/p>\n
