Eco-Higjiena duhet t\u00eb respektoj marrveshjen p\u00ebr investime sipas projektit t\u00eb PPP<\/p>\n
Edhe pse kan\u00eb kaluar 10 vite t\u00eb marrveshjes s\u00eb Partneritetit Publiko Privat n\u00eb mes t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjilanit dhe investitorit Austriak, ende nuk jan\u00eb realizuar investimet e planifikuara prej 1.5 milion euro, e t\u00eb cilat sipas k\u00ebsaj marrveshje do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb investoheshin deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2015.<\/p>\n
Ne i kuptojm\u00eb problemet q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb kaluara n\u00eb mes ish qeverisjes komunale t\u00eb Gjilanit dhe k\u00ebsaj kompanie, por tani m\u00eb nuk ka kurfar pengese p\u00ebr implementimin e planit t\u00eb investimeve, vet\u00ebm duhet veproj\u00eb partneri privat n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe kordinim me ne, si institucione komunale.<\/p>\n
Kan\u00eb mbet\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 5 vite tjera deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e k\u00ebsaj marrveshje t\u00eb PPP, andaj nuk kemi koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur. K\u00ebto investime duhet t\u00eb ndodhin tani, nuk ka asnj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb vetme p\u00ebr vones\u00ebn edhe m\u00eb tutje t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb planit t\u00eb investimeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani.<\/p>\n
Pun\u00ebt q\u00eb na takojn\u00eb neve si komun\u00eb do t\u2019i kryejm\u00eb dhe ne jemi plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim dhe kordinim p\u00ebr zbatimin e marrveshjes s\u00eb PPP, por kemi k\u00ebrkuar edhe nga Kompania EcoHigjiena ta b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb i takon asaj.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb takimit me drejtorin e k\u00ebsaj kompanie dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin austriak z.Senad Ramaj, ku bashk\u00eb me drejtorin e Zhvillimit Ekonomik Envwr Shabani dhe asamblesitin e Kuvendit Komunal Ekrem Kryeziu, diskutuam p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha temat dhe e vler\u00ebsuam partneritetin, problemet dhe sfidat p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vjeqare dhe angazhimet q\u00eb po i b\u00ebn\u00eb Kompania Rajonale p\u00ebr Mbeturina \u201cEcoHigjiena\u201d, por k\u00ebrkuam q\u00eb ky partneritet t\u00eb avancohet tutje n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb storie t\u00eb suksesit, e jo t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
