Rreth biografis\u00eb s\u00eb Belul Beqajt:<\/p>\n
Dr. Belul Beqaj lindi n\u00eb Prizren m\u00eb 1957, ku i kreu shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe gjimnazin. Ka diplomuar, magjistruar n\u00eb Fakultetin e Shkencave Politike n\u00eb Universitetin e Beogradit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Fakultetin Juridik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa ka doktoruar n\u00eb fakultetin e Shkencave Politike t\u00eb Universitetit publik t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb autor i dhjet\u00ebra punimeve publicistike -shkencore, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb konferenca t\u00eb shumta brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Bart\u00ebs dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i shum\u00eb projekteve hulumtuese n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe jasht\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e analist\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar kompetent\u00eb politik\u00eb.
