Fillimisht, kryesuesi i Kuvendit, Arianit Sadiku ka propozuar q\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e sotme t\u00eb shqyrtohet dhe miratohet vet\u00ebm propozim buxheti p\u00ebr vitin 2023, nd\u00ebrsa pikat tjera t\u00eb shtyhen p\u00ebr seanc\u00ebn e aradhes, e cila do t\u00eb ftohet shum\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n
Riad Rashiti, drejtor i Financave, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se miratimi i buxhetit p\u00ebr vitin 2023 \u00ebsht\u00eb hap i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Gjilanit.<\/p>\n
Buxheti p\u00ebr vitin 2023, n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 32,599,281 euro, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr 3.5 milion\u00eb m\u00eb i madh krahasuar me vitin aktual.<\/p>\n
Ky buxhet sigurohet nga granti qeveritar – 27,646,695 euro dhe t\u00eb hyrat vetanake – 4,952,586 euro.<\/p>\n
Nga kjo shum\u00eb, p\u00ebr subvencione jan\u00eb planifikuar 1,195,000 euro, nd\u00ebrkaq p\u00ebr investime kapitale – 8,435,158 euro, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Rashiti.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Rashiti tha se buxheti komunal p\u00ebr vitin 2023, \u00ebsht\u00eb i orientuar n\u00eb tri aspekte: zgjidhjen e problemeve elementare infrastrukturore, n\u00eb projekte zhvillimore, si dhe n\u00eb realizimin e projekteve n\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancim me donator\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
Rashiti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se investimet kapitale t\u00eb planifikuara p\u00ebr vitin 2023 bazohen n\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat, nevojat dhe prioritetet e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjilanit, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr d\u00ebgjime publike.<\/p>\n
LVV e PDK, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shefave t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje k\u00ebtij propozim-buxheti.<\/p>\n
Opozita (LDK, AAK, Vatra, LS) nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb, pasi dje e kishin braktisur at\u00eb n\u00eb shenj\u00eb mospajtimi me rendin e dit\u00ebs si dhe thirrjen e seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb re, pa u mbyllur seanca paraprake.<\/p>\n
