Shemsi Syla, z\u00ebvend\u00ebs komandanti i FSK-s\u00eb Gjeneral major Enver Cikaqi dhe Shefi i stafit t\u00eb FSK-s\u00eb gjeneral brigade Jeton Dreshaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fal\u00ebnderuan kolonel Lubishtanin p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn, angazhimin e tij n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb atdheut dhe ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve t\u00eb FSK-s\u00eb. Kolonel Bafti Lubishtani lindi n\u00eb Sllatin\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Vitis\u00eb me 01.10.1967.<\/p>\n
