q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me k\u00ebto lloje t\u00eb targave do t\u00eb shqiptohet gjob\u00eb sipas legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi, n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi prej 150 euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNga data 21 Janar 2023, pronar\u00ebt e mjeteve me targat \u201cPR\u201d, \u201cKM\u201d, \u201cPZ\u201d, \u201cGL\u201d, \u201cUR\u201d, \u201cPE\u201d, \u201cDA\u201d apo \u201c\u0110A\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb dhe qarkulluar n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb pajisen me targa provuese duke e pasur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e regjistrimit me targa RKS me leht\u00ebsirat e parapara.<\/p>\n<p>Nga data 31 mars deri me dat\u00eb 21 prill 2023, do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet regjistrimi i mjeteve me \u201cPR\u201d, \u201cKM\u201d, \u201cPZ\u201d, \u201cGL\u201d, \u201cUR\u201d, \u201cPE\u201d, \u201cDA\u201d apo\u201c\u0110A\u201d n\u00eb targa RKS, por t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb leht\u00ebsirat e ofruara deri me k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas dat\u00ebs 21 prill 2023, nuk do t\u00eb lejohet hyrja apo qarkullimi i mjeteve motorike q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb targa \u201cPR\u201d, \u201cKM\u201d, \u201cPZ\u201d, \u201cGL\u201d, \u201cUR\u201d, \u201cPE\u201d, \u201cDA\u201d apo \u201c\u0110A\u201d brenda territorit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e MPB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb njoftim thuhet se sigurohen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs se ky proces ka p\u00ebr synim ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, rritjen e siguris\u00eb n\u00eb trafik dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejtuar ndaj asnj\u00eb etnie t\u00eb
