Ne po ashtu do t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebrgjigje sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs son\u00eb lidhur me Rezolut\u00ebn 1244, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e njohjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga shum\u00eb shtete\u201d, tha Vu\u00e7iq p\u00ebr gazetar\u00ebt m\u00eb 15 dhjetor, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb vizite n\u00eb kufirin midis Serbis\u00eb dhe Hungaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Marr\u00ebveshja e Uashingtonit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs i referohet Vu\u00e7iqit, ve\u00e7 tjerash, parashihte nj\u00eb moratorium nj\u00ebvje\u00e7ar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe Serbin\u00eb. N\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorin e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, Departamenti amerikan i Shtetit inkurajoi Kosov\u00ebn dhe Serbin\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb memorandumin.<\/p>\n
Vu\u00e7iq tha se aplikimi i Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE shkel nenin 49 t\u00eb Traktatit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cKushti p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jesh shtet evropian.
