Ministrja e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Albulena Haxhiu, deklaroi se ndryshimi i mas\u00ebs p\u00ebr ish-policin serb, Dejan Pantiq, nga masa e paraburgimit n\u00eb arrest sht\u00ebpiak, \u00ebsht\u00eb veprim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, q\u00eb sipas saj, tregon situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnduar brenda sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ajo tha t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn n\u00eb \u201cSonte me Rronin\u201d se institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si Prokuroria Speciale dhe Gjykata Themelore, kan\u00eb zgjedhur t\u00eb jen\u00eb krah i grupeve kriminale.<\/p>\n
\u201cE kam konsideruar si nj\u00eb akt t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr faktin se n\u00eb vend q\u00eb institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb si Prokuroria Speciale dhe Gjykata, t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb rendin kushtetues, por edhe qytetar\u00ebt, kan\u00eb zgjedhur q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb krah grupeve kriminale. T\u2019i amnistojn\u00eb grupet kriminale dhe terroriste e t\u2019i inkurajojn\u00eb ata. Kur grupet kriminale terroriste n\u00eb veri e vendit ton\u00eb, q\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqen nga Vu\u00e7iqi, shohin vendime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebto veprime jan\u00eb inkurajim q\u00eb ata t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb me veprimet e r\u00ebnda q\u00eb shkelin rendin kushtetues\u201d, deklaroi Haxhiu.<\/p>\n
Sipas ministres s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, deklarimet e saj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi pasi \u201cpo b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vep\u00ebr penale q\u00eb lidhet me terrorizmin\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cNe s\u2019kemi pasur \u00ebndrra q\u00eb pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi do t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, por t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh vendime t\u00eb tilla, sigurisht q\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat jan\u00eb n\u00eb papranueshme p\u00ebr Qeverin\u00eb, sikur edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt, pasi sot kam par\u00eb reagime t\u00eb shumta nga qytetar\u00ebt, mediat dhe akter\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ndaj vendimit n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.
