N\u00eb njoftimin p\u00ebr media nga kjo Gjykat\u00eb kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se departamenti Special ka vendosur lidhur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale p\u00ebr vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb arrestit sht\u00ebpiak, n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen penale kund\u00ebr Pantiqit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit t\u00eb bazuar se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale Kryerja e vepr\u00ebs terroriste.<\/p>\n
\u201cGjyqtari i procedur\u00ebs paraprake me dat\u00eb 05.01.2023 ka marr Aktvendim dhe ka aprovuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb pandehurit D.P i vazhdohet masa e Arrestit Sht\u00ebpiak n\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje edhe p\u00ebr 2 (dy) muaj, ashtu q\u00eb Arresti Sht\u00ebpiak vazhdohet deri me dat\u00ebn 09.03.2023, konform nenit 183 paragrafi 1 n\u00ebn paragrafi 1.1 dhe 1.2 lidhur me nenin 187 paragrafi 1 n\u00ebn paragrafi 1.1 dhe 1.2, pikat 1.2.1, 1.2.2 dhe 1.2.3 t\u00eb KPPK-s\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
