Profesor Ramadani u lind m\u00eb 06. 01. 1958 n\u00eb Malishev\u00eb, ku edhe p\u00ebrfundoi shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe pastaj vazhdoi gjimnazin natyror n\u00eb Gjilan. Studimet i mbaroi n\u00eb Fakultetin Ekonomik, dega e Kontabilitetit, n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs. Krahas studimeve, Ramadani mbaroi edhe shkollimin p\u00ebr Komunikacion rrugor, me \u00e7\u2019rast mori edhe titullin \u201cSpecialist i komunikacionit rrugor\u201d, pun\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e b\u00ebn ende.
\nPas studimeve, filloi pun\u00ebn n\u00eb TC \u201cKosova B\u201d n\u00eb Obiliq, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb von\u00eb punoi edhe n\u00eb KB \u201cMalisheva\u201d si shef dhe drejtor (1992- 1996). Ramadan Salihu ka ndjekur edhe konferenca e trajnime p\u00ebr biznese t\u00eb vogla, n\u00ebp\u00ebr koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Gjilan filloi pun\u00ebn m\u00eb 01. 09. 2005, si profesor i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs ekonomike, ku gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe kohore ka ndjekur seminare t\u00eb ndryshme nga fusha e arsimit dhe e edukimit. Prej vitit shkollor 2013\/14, Ramadani caktohet edhe Koordinator p\u00ebr sigurim t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, pun\u00eb kjo t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kreu me shum\u00eb sukses p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve.
\nProfesor Ramadani b\u00ebri nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, kudo q\u00eb punoi. Ai u dallua si nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor i vyesh\u00ebm dhe i zellsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e palodhshme, ai mori lavdata t\u00eb pakursyera nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, prind\u00ebrit e koleg\u00ebt. Ai do t\u00eb mbetet si nj\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes p\u00ebr shum\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb mbahet mend gjithmon\u00eb nga koleg\u00ebt e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij.
