Rezultatet treguan se konsumimi i mjaltit ka nj\u00eb efekt pozitiv n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin kardiometabolik, si ulja e sheqerit n\u00eb gjak dhe nivelet e kolesterolit.<\/p>\n
