Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb, gjykat\u00ebsja tha se do t\u00eb njoftohet Oda e Avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i caktuar avokat sipas detyr\u00ebs zyrtare.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seanc\u00eb prezent n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e d\u00ebshmitarit ishte edhe ish-deputeti i PDK-s\u00eb Adem Grabovci, si dhe prokurori i shtetit Besart Mustafa.<\/p>\n
Pas njoftimit t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebses p\u00ebr seanc\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs, d\u00ebshmitari Grabovci tha se tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjuajtur dhe se asgj\u00eb nuk i kujtohet.<\/p>\n

Gjykat\u00ebsja m\u00eb pas tha se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mund t\u00eb deklarohet n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs, e q\u00eb Grabovci vazhdoi me fjal\u00ebt \u201cPo sen nuk m\u00eb kujtohet, ndaq thirrem sa her\u00eb dush, kurgjo nuk m\u2019kujtohet\u201d, duke iu drejtuar t\u00eb akuzuarit Konjufca se \u201cUn\u00eb ty s\u2019tkom pa e Albinin po\u201d.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, seanca e \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb m\u00eb 15 mars 2023.<\/p>\n
Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, m\u00eb 3 shkurt 2017, ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb kund\u00ebr Glauk Konjufc\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin e ngarkon me dy vepra penale.<\/p>\n
