Musa Halili, ishte i lindur n\u00eb Gjilan m\u00eb 22.02.1944. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vitin 1960 n\u00eb Gjilan, pastaj diplomoi me sukses n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn normale pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are n\u00eb vitin 1965 po ashtu n\u00eb Gjilan. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs normale, menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1965-66 filloi t\u00eb punoj\u00eb si m\u00ebsues n\u00eb fshatin Bukovik dhe Malishev\u00eb, ku si m\u00ebsues t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb asokohe ushtruan k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb me shum\u00eb vullnet dhe dashuri p\u00ebr t\u2019i pajisur f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me dituri duke i edukuar dhe arsimuar ata. Pasi q\u00eb kreu detyr\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimit ushtarak p\u00ebr 24 muaj m\u00eb radh\u00eb n\u00eb Armat\u00ebn Jugosllave mori titullin si oficer aktiv (n\u00ebntoger), i cili ushtroi k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve 1971-75. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe u kthye n\u00eb Gjilan dhe punoi profesor i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs \u201cMbrojtje dhe Siguri\u201d. M\u00eb pas regjistroi fakultetin juridik n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin e kreu p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr vite me pun\u00eb t\u00eb palodhshme. Pas diplomimit, filloi pun\u00ebn profesor i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve juridike n\u00eb Gjimnazin \u201cZenel Hajdini\u201d. Karrier\u00ebn e tij e vazhdoi si sekretar i shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme \u201cEduard Kardel\u201d, Gjilan prej vitit 1988 p\u00ebr disa vite me radh\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, vendosi t\u00eb mos kthehet n\u00eb vendin e tij t\u00eb pun\u00ebs si sekretar, p\u00ebr arsye q\u00eb tani n\u00eb liri do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen t\u00eb rinj dhe t\u00eb reja. Pensionimin e priti deri n\u00eb vitin 2009 pran\u00eb familjes me nipa dhe mbesa e gjith\u00eb farefisin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin u kujdes \u00e7do her\u00eb me solidaritetin e tij t\u00eb madh. Nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb m\u00eb 20.02.2023, t\u00eb cilin e gjith\u00eb familja jon\u00eb do e kujtojn\u00eb me shum\u00eb mall dhe do krenohemi p\u00ebr njeriun q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb.<\/p>\n
