D. shqiptar, shtetas i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me dat\u00eb 20.10.2017 n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb ezyrtarit \u2013 Inspektor n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Kamenic\u00ebs me dashje t\u00eb drejt p\u00ebr drejt\u00eb ka marr ryshfet nga id\u00ebmtuari B. Sh. shum\u00ebn prej 500 (pes\u00ebqind) euro. <\/p>\n<p>Pas bastisjes nga ana e zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me prokurorin e rastit, tek i akuzuarijan\u00eb gjetur t\u00eb hollat. Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari S. D. ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale marrje ryshfeti, neni 428 paragrafi 1 t\u00ebKodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs (KPRK).
