Komuna e Gjilanit ka filluar pilot projektin p\u00ebr t\u00eb testuar buxhetimin me pjes\u00ebmarrje qytetare, n\u00eb tre lokacione t\u00eb ndryshme (Zheg\u00ebr, Bresalc dhe Miresh) dhe me dy grupe t\u00eb komunitetit (grat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinj\u00ebt).<\/p>\n
Q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u2019u ofrohet mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb procesin e vendimmarrjes dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si shpenzohen fondet komunale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt pilot, banor\u00ebt e lokacioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb se cilat projekte d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n
Buxhetimi me pjes\u00ebmarrje inkurajon qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb vendosin se si t\u00eb shpenzohen parat\u00eb publike p\u00ebr projekte dhe sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb lagjet\/fshatrat e tyre !<\/p>\n
