Prokuroria e Kralev\u00ebs e ka p\u00ebrshkruar rastin si ngjarje e ndodhur n\u00eb fshati Gnjilica n\u00eb Rashk\u00eb. Ajo ka l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr hetimin ndaj tre polic\u00ebve p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale q\u00eb lidhet me arm\u00ebt q\u00eb ata i posedonin.<\/p>\n
\u201cMe rastin e ngjarjeve t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 14.06.2023, n\u00eb fshatin Gnjilic\u00eb, komuna e Rashk\u00ebs, Prokuroria e Lart\u00eb Publike n\u00eb Kraljev\u00eb m\u00eb dat\u00eb 16.06.2023 ka l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr kryerjen e hetimeve ndaj t\u00eb dyshuarve B.S. (1965), R.Z. (1975) dhe M.\u0160. (1961) p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ekzistimit t\u00eb bazave t\u00eb dyshimit se kan\u00eb kryer nga nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale prodhim, posedim, mbajtje dhe trafikim i paautorizuar i arm\u00ebve dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese nga neni 348 paragrafi 4 lidhur me paragrafin 2 lidhur me paragrafin 1. t\u00eb Kodit Penal\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb at\u00eb njoftime.<\/p>\n
