Sot, Agjencia Kosovare p\u00ebr Regjistrimin e Bizneseve (ARBK) ka l\u00ebshuar vendim zyrtar, me t\u00eb cilin ka njoftuar se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i autorizuar i Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Tregtare Klan Kosova Sh.P.K. ka dor\u00ebzuar te ta k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsim dokumentacioni dhe se me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ARBK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shfuqizimin e vendimit t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr suspendmin e certifikat\u00ebs s\u00eb biznesit.<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, Drejtoria e ARBK-s\u00eb zyrtarisht ka njoftuar se k\u00ebshtu \u201ekan\u00eb ndryshuar rrethanat faktike\u201c, t\u00eb cilat kishin nxitur vendimin e jav\u00ebs s\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr pezullimin e certifikat\u00ebs s\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb Klan Kosov\u00ebs, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e ri se ai vendim tash \u00ebsht\u00eb shfuqizuar.<\/p>\n
Vendimin e sot\u00ebm, ARBK-ja e ka p\u00ebrcjellur n\u00eb Komisionin e Pavarur p\u00ebr Media (KPM) dhe n\u00eb Klan Kosova.<\/p>\n
Klan Kosova ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shkres\u00eb zyrtare drejtuar KPM, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i njoftoj\u00eb p\u00ebr korrigjimet e b\u00ebra dhe vendimin e ri t\u00eb ARBK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Klan Kosova fal\u00ebnderon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb u angazhuan q\u00eb ky proces administrativ t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb sipas ligjit, q\u00eb jan\u00eb ambasadat e Quintit t\u00eb akredituara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, institucionet dhe organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe vendore t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, medias, gazetar\u00ebve dhe liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes, si dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb gjitha mediat dhe koleg\u00ebt tan\u00eb gazetar\u00eb p\u00ebr solidarizimin pa asnj\u00eb hezitim.<\/p>\n
