Inspektorati Komunal n\u00eb Kamenic\u00eb e ka gjobitur me 600 euro kompanin\u00eb \u201cArbor Group\u201d \u2013 e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb deg\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komun\u00eb, Granit Berisha \u2013 p\u00ebr degradim t\u00eb ambientit. Megjithat\u00eb, zyrtari i PDK-s\u00eb mohon t\u00eb ket\u00eb pranuar gjob\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se i ka ardhur vet\u00ebm procesverbali.<\/p>\n

Gazeta Insajderi ka kontaktuar inspektorin komunal t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kamenic\u00ebs, Ibrahim Kastrati, i cili ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se kompania n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb deg\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komun\u00eb nuk ka pasur leje p\u00ebr punime.<\/p>\n

\u201cKa eskploatu gur\u00eb. Ne kemi rregullore komunale; p\u00ebr \u00e7do g\u00ebrmim n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7are na pa marr\u00eb masa. E kom edhe aktvendimin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjobit. Bujar Berisha, drejtori i kompanis\u00eb, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb gjobit\u201d, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Berisha e ka mohuar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjith\u00e7ka ka ngelur n\u00eb procesverbal.<\/p>\n

\u201cProcesverbali i perpiluar nga Inspektorati Komunal ka mbetur vetem Procesverbal dhe nuk ka gjobe te shqiptuar, te pakten ne nuk kemi informacione per gjoben, perfaqesuesi yne ligjor\/drejtori ka qene ne vend te ngjarjes dhe nuk eshte qe eshte shqiptuar ndonje gjobe e caktuar\u201d, ka deklaruar ai p\u00ebr Insajderin.<\/p>\n

\u201cKjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb frenuar z\u00ebrat kritik n\u00eb Kamenic\u00eb p\u00ebr keqqeverisjen dhe skandalet q\u00eb po e ndjekin k\u00ebt\u00eb qeverisje\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb tej Berisha.<\/p>\n

I nj\u00ebjti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se secili veprim i kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb tij ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me zyrtar\u00ebt komunal\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gazeta Insajderi gjithashtu ka siguruar edhe procesverbalin e inspektoratit komunal drejtuar kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
