IT Level 2 Specialist<\/p>\n
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Level 2 Engineer to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and applications.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
\n\u2022 Provide advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and applications.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
\n\u2022 Monitor and optimize system performance and security, and take proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
\n\u2022 Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
\n\u2022 Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles, with knowledge and experience in specific applications and tools.
\n\u2022 Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and best practices.
\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
\n\u2022 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Please note that this role may require occasional availability outside of regular working hours to provide after-hours support for critical IT systems or handle urgent specific technical issues.
