Q\u00ebllimi i inspektimit ka qen\u00eb konstatimi i gjendjes faktike lidhur me ushtrimin e dhun\u00ebs fizike ndaj f\u00ebmiut 3 vje\u00e7ar, t\u00eb ushtruar nga edukatoret e k\u00ebtij institucioni.
