Gjat\u00eb parashtrimeve t\u00eb veta, Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar p\u00ebrmes prokurorit Matt Halling tha se n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Isni Kilajt jan\u00eb gjetur materiale konfidenciale lidhur me d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n
\u201cGjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb banes\u00ebs s\u00eb z.Kilajt q\u00eb u b\u00eb me 2 nentor 2023, ZPS-ja evidentoj dhe gjeti materiale q\u00eb lidhen me d\u00ebshmitar dhe jan\u00eb materiale konfidenciale. K\u00ebto materiale lidhen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me procese gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb DhSK-s\u00eb. Ishte informacion konfidencial t\u00eb cilin z.Kilaj ligj\u00ebrisht nuk duhej ta mbante, nuk kishte autorizim p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb informacion t\u00eb till\u00eb. Duke pasur informacion t\u00eb till\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb shkelje e procedur\u00ebs penale dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e bazuar p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb ky material do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ndikimin e procesit gjyq\u00ebsor\u201d, tha prokurori Matt Halling.<\/p>\n
Prokurori Halling tha se provat tregojn\u00eb se Kilaj \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs penalisht p\u00ebr disa vepra, shkruan \u201cBetimi p\u00ebr Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cProvat tregojn\u00eb q\u00eb Z.Kilaj \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs penalisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer qoft\u00eb vet\u00ebm apo bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb vepra penale ku p\u00ebrfshihen; pengimi i personit zyrtar n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrave zyrtare sipas nenit 401 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs viti 2019 dhe shkelja e fsheht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb procedur\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 392 t\u00eb Kodit Penal i kombinuar me nenin 15\/2 dhe 16\/2 t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara\u201d, tha Halling.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, gjykat\u00ebsi i vet\u00ebm Nicolas Guillou pyeti Isni Kilajn e pyeti at\u00eb n\u00ebse jan\u00eb respektuar t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e tij n\u00eb rast t\u00eb arrestimit, gj\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e pohoi i dyshuari.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrsa, gjyqtari njoftoi se avokat kujdestar p\u00ebr Isni Kilajn \u00ebsht\u00eb avokati Ian Edwuards.<\/p>\n
Gjyqtari Guillou tha se seanca e sotme ndaj Isni Kilajt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore e po ashtu p\u00ebr at\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar ende aktakuza q\u00eb t\u00eb prezantohen prova konkrete.<\/p>\n
Isni Kilaj \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar t\u00eb premten nga Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar si dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (DhSK) n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n
