Po i rendisim vet\u00ebm disa arsye:<\/p>\n<div class=\"s5\">1. <span class=\"s4\">N\u00eb bot\u00ebn e sotme t\u00eb<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> qarkullimit t\u00eb miliona imazheve, videove t\u00eb shkurtra dhe teksteve<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">komentuesit<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi <\/span><span class=\"s4\">p\u00ebr t\u2019u<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> p\u00ebrqendruar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebr leximin e nj\u00eb artikulli<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">2. <span class=\"s4\">Komentuesit<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> jan\u00eb t\u00eb <\/span><span class=\"s4\">mbi<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ngarkuar me pun\u00eb dhe aktivitete t\u00eb tjera, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar p\u00ebrmbajtjen e plot\u00eb<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, por vet\u00ebm titullin<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">3. <span class=\"s4\">Komentuesit duan q\u00eb artikullshkruesi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i rreshtuar, ose p\u00ebr fenomenin, ose kund\u00ebr fenomenit, por nuk e durojn\u00eb pozicionin \u201cmbi fenomenin\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">4. <span class=\"s4\">Komentuesit mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kritik\u00ebs brenda artikullit p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb i mendojn\u00eb me stereotipa e paragjykime, prandaj nuk e durojn\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim q\u00eb ua l\u00ebkund\u00eb skemat e gabuara ekzistuese mendore.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">5. <span class=\"s4\">Duan di\u00e7ka t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, shum\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. Kjo mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb keqkuptime dhe keqinterpretim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb informacionit.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Dikur shkruhej, rishkruhej, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">rimendohej<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> disa her\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst para se t\u00eb shkruhej, e l\u00ebre m\u00eb para se t\u00eb publikohej, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">vet\u00ebkontrollohej<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> dhe m\u00eb pas kalonte n\u00eb redaktim nga redaktori dhe nj\u00eb ekip i t\u00ebr\u00eb. Duan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dramaticitet<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, fyerje, konflikt me shkruesin, sepse kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr v\u00ebmendje.<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"s6\">\n<div class=\"s5\">13. <span class=\"s4\">N\u00eb bot\u00ebn teknologjike t\u00eb komunikimit, ka pak standarde t\u00eb rregulluara etike dhe <\/span><span class=\"s4\">vlerore<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, duke u shk\u00ebputur nga realiteti fizik e social ku jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sforcuara vlerat morale.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">14. <span class=\"s4\">Huqja<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> e kontekstit t\u00eb shkrimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb te komentuesit.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> E huqin kontekstin, sepse nuk e njohin at\u00eb.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">15. <span class=\"s4\">D<\/span><span class=\"s4\">isa komentues shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim,<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> jan\u00eb komentuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb shpesht\u00eb. Shpartallohen, ofendojn\u00eb dhe mbesin larg t\u00eb kuptuarit t\u00eb nj\u00eb teksti, me dashje, ose edhe pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, shprehin revolt\u00ebn ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb prit\u00ebse, krejt diku tjet\u00ebr. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Disa komentues shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, kan\u00eb braktisur her\u00ebt studimet n\u00eb vendlindje, jan\u00eb angazhuar drejt e n\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb vendin prit\u00ebs, duke e kaluar koh\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb banesa, ose gjat\u00eb pauz\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs, me komente kinse satirike e p\u00ebr arg\u00ebtim. Ose varet nga profesioni: nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs sigurimi jasht\u00eb atdheut, ka koh\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb \u201c<\/span><span class=\"s4\">skroll<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u201d dhe e \u00e7on nat\u00ebn duke fyer me komente.
