M\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.03.2024, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Preshev\u00eb-Gjilan, nj\u00ebsitet e lartcekura t\u00eb TASK-FORC-\u00ebs, kan\u00eb tentuar ta ndalojn\u00eb vetur\u00ebn me targa t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Drejtuesi i automjetit nuk ka zbatuar urdh\u00ebrat\u00eb p\u00ebr ndalje dhe ka tentuar t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb dalje t\u00eb fshatit Pasjan, kan\u00eb arrit t\u00eb ndalojn\u00eb automjetin e dyshuar me drejtues Q.H., dhe pasagjer Y.Sh., q\u00eb t\u00eb dy nga Presheva.
