Tutje, Doyle theksoi se n\u00eb vendimin e saj, kryetarja ka konstatuar se nuk ka kompetenc\u00eb p\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsi p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00eb disa raste.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i DhSK-s\u00eb shtoi se sipas Trendafilov\u00ebs, Tha\u00e7i nuk ka argumentuar se pse \u00ebsht\u00eb cenuar pavar\u00ebsia e gjyqtarit Guillou.<\/p>\n
\u201cDhe se asnj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb hiqet mbi baz\u00ebn e pretendimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme apo abstrakte q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb as t\u00eb bazuara dhe as t\u00eb detajuara.
