Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se popullsia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb besohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr rreth tet\u00eb p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n
Kastrati, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur i k\u00ebnaqur me procesin e regjistrimit dhe ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar t\u00eb gjitha parimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr procese t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n
\u201cN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb hapura dhe kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Pjes\u00ebmarrja e t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve ka qen\u00eb masive, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 komunitetit serb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat n\u00eb veri, q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb pjes\u00ebrisht\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb 5 prill, kur edhe pati filluar regjistrimi \u2013 Lista Serbe, partia kryesore e serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e cila g\u00ebzon mb\u00ebshtetjen e Beogradit zyrtar \u2013 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se serb\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ai proces nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb kat\u00ebr komunat n\u00eb veri \u2013 Mitrovic\u00eb e Veriut, Leposaviq, Zubin Potok dhe Zve\u00e7an \u2013 t\u00eb banuara me shumic\u00eb serbe, nd\u00ebrsa edhe serb\u00ebt n\u00eb komunat e tjera n\u00eb jug, me ftes\u00eb t\u00eb Beogradit, kryesisht e pat\u00ebn bojkotuar procesin.<\/p>\n
Sipas Ligjit p\u00ebr regjistrimin e popullsis\u00eb, ekonomive familjare dhe banesave, \u00e7do person mund t\u00eb gjobitet nga 30 deri n\u00eb 2.000 euro, n\u00ebse refuzon t\u2019i jap\u00eb informacionet e k\u00ebrkuara nga regjistruesi.<\/p>\n
Gjobat jan\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, deri n\u00eb 20.000 euro, p\u00ebr biznese.<\/p>\n
Kastrati ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se tani do t\u00eb punohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimim, analizimin dhe shp\u00ebrndarjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave.<\/p>\n
Sipas tij, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat preliminare mund t\u00eb publikohen dikur gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb muajit korrik, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat finale pritet t\u00eb publikohen rreth gjasht\u00eb muaj pas dat\u00ebs s\u00eb nisjes s\u00eb regjistrimit.<\/p>\n
Regjistrimi i popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka nisur me 5 prill dhe ka p\u00ebrfunduar me 24 maj.<\/p>\n
Sipas regjistrimit m\u00eb 2011, numri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i banor\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 1.8 milion\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve rreth 25.000 jan\u00eb serb\u00eb.
