{"id":173756,"date":"2024-06-13T15:34:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T13:34:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/?p=173756"},"modified":"2024-06-13T15:34:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T13:34:06","slug":"be-serbia-nuk-mund-te-behet-anetare-pa-normalizimin-e-raporteve-me-kosoven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/be-serbia-nuk-mund-te-behet-anetare-pa-normalizimin-e-raporteve-me-kosoven\/","title":{"rendered":"BE: Serbia nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare pa normalizimin e raporteve me Kosov\u00ebn"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serbia nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e Bashkimit Evropian pa normalizimin e raporteve t\u00eb saj me Kosov\u00ebn, tha z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i BE-s\u00eb Peter Stano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarr\u00ebveshja e Ohrit aktualisht e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb: N\u00ebse nuk ka progres n\u00eb normalizim, nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb progres n\u00eb negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo deklarat\u00eb erdhi pasi ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Beograd, Christopher Hill, n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr edicionin e 13 qershorit t\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrjavshmes NIN nga Beogradi, tha se njohja formale e Kosov\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kusht p\u00ebr hyrjen e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Bashkimi Evropian, megjithat\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur qart\u00eb n\u00ebse njohja formale e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kusht p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, dhe Stano p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti se \u201cq\u00ebndrimi i bllokut rreth k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje mbetet i pandryshuar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQ\u00ebndrimi i BE-s\u00eb rreth k\u00ebsaj nuk ka ndryshuar dhe mbetet i nj\u00ebjti, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb cekur n\u00eb kriteret e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit\u201d, tha Stano p\u00ebr Radio Evropa e Lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prej se Kosova e shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, 15 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, Bashkimi Evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur vazhdimisht se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e njohjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe, si bllok evropian, ka mbajtur nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim neutral ndaj statusit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, Kosova ka raporte t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta kontraktuale me Bashkimin Evropian, p\u00ebrmes Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Stabilizim Asocimit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb procesin e negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE nuk p\u00ebrfshihet territori i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb BE gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb ngulur k\u00ebmb\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin normalizimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Kosov\u00ebn si kusht p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb. Interpretimin se a n\u00ebnkupton \u201cnormalizimi i plot\u00eb\u201d edhe njohjen formale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia, n\u00eb BE ua kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pal\u00ebve ta interpretojn\u00eb vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb zyrtar i BE-s\u00eb, duke rikujtuar edhe ndryshimet n\u00eb korniz\u00ebn e negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb BE, ku n\u00eb kapitullin 35 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb si kusht edhe normalizimi i raporteve me Kosov\u00ebn, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se pa k\u00ebt\u00eb normalizim, Serbia nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, BE-ja ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se lobimi i Serbis\u00eb kund\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrben shkelje \u201ct\u00eb qart\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Brukselit p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes dy vendeve fqinje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt normalizimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme dhe plot\u00ebsisht detyruese p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja: Kosov\u00ebn dhe Serbin\u00eb. Kjo p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb edhe Nenin 4. Lobimi i Serbis\u00eb kund\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje e qart\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshje\u201d, tha z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i BE-s\u00eb, Peter Stano.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e BE-s\u00eb, Kosova dhe Serbia m\u00eb 2023 arrit\u00ebn Marr\u00ebveshjen drejt normalizimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve.
