Afrim Murati, drejtor i departamentit t\u00eb shpron\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Mjedisit dhe Planifikimit Hap\u00ebsinor i ka informuar qytetar\u00ebt e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjilanit, konkretisht t\u00eb tri zonave kadastrale me procedurat e shpron\u00ebsimit, me t\u00eb drejtat e pronar\u00ebve dhe me format tjera t\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre karshi ministris\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Ai ka elaboruar n\u00eb pika t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebra hapat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin pronar\u00ebt e ligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb tokave p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me procedurat e shpron\u00ebsimit.<\/p>\n
