Gjithashtu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe hyrja e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e rregulluar p\u00ebr personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Kultur\u00ebs \u201cIsa Kastrati\u201d n\u00eb Kamenic\u00eb si dhe pajisja me mjete teknologjike e organizat\u00ebs jo-qeveritare nga komuniteti rom \u201cLuludi\u201d.<\/p>\n
