Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs- dega n\u00eb Gjilan, nuk e sheh t\u00eb arsyeshme pjes\u00ebmarrjen e saj n\u00eb takimin e ftuar t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn me dat\u00eb 23 shtator 2024, nga kryetari i komun\u00ebs z.Alban Hyseni.<\/p>\n
Diskutimet e tilla p\u00ebr buxhetin e vitit 2025, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb institucionin e Kuvendit Komunal, aty prej nga edhe k\u00ebrkohet miratimi, e at\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e zgjedhur t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjilanit, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e KK.<\/p>\n
PDK ka deklaruar publikisht q\u00ebndrimin e saj lidhur me bartjen e mjeteve buxhetore nga viti i kaluar.
\nNd\u00ebrsa q\u00ebndrimin ton\u00eb lidhur me miratimin e buxhetit komunal p\u00ebr vitin 2025, do ta japim pas analizimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij propozimi, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ardhur me shum\u00eb vones\u00eb dhe jasht\u00eb afatit ligjor, nga ana e kryetarit t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjilanit.<\/p>\n
Si\u00e7 e dini, ne kemi votuar \u00e7do vendim t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb ligjet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjilanit.<\/p>\n
Asnj\u00eb propozim, vendim q\u00eb vjen nga kryetari i Gjilanit p\u00ebr votim n\u00eb Kuvendin Komunal, e q\u00eb lidhet me interesat e ngushta materiale dhe financiare t\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb Gjilanit dhe t\u00eb klanit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb pushtetin komunal dhe atij qendror, PDK sigurisht q\u00eb nuk do ta votoj\u00eb, e k\u00ebt\u00eb e kemi d\u00ebshmuar edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
