Deputeti i Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Avdullah Hoti, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se secili qytetar apo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i partive politike duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohen nga \u201cmesazhet shqet\u00ebsuese\u201d p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nga aleat\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cMesazhet shqet\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nga aleat\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga SHBA-ja, Gjermania dhe Franca, duhet ta shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb secilin qytetar dhe secilin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb partive politike, pozit\u00eb dhe opozit\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hoti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosova mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet nga Procesi i Berlinit.<\/p>\n

Kosova mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet nga Procesi i Berlinit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mekanizmi formal i p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin proces qeverit\u00eb e kaluara kan\u00eb punuar shum\u00eb, me pasoja tep\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb dinamik\u00ebn e integrimit evropian dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb planin e rritjes t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ai ka shtuar se Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u2019i vazhdohen sanksionet nga BE dhe se mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet nga CEFTA.<\/p>\n
\u201c2. Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u2019i vazhdohen sanksionet nga BE-ja, me pasoja prej qindra miliona euro n\u00eb projekte t\u00eb energjetik\u00ebs, uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit, infrastruktur\u00ebs etj. Kosova mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet nga CEFTA, me pasoja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb importe dhe eksporte t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke r\u00ebnduar koston e shum\u00eb mallrave t\u00eb konsumit p\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb dhe shtrenjtuar eksportet e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb tregjet rajonale.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur marr\u00ebveshjet q\u00eb Serbia ka n\u00ebnshkruar me SHBA\u2019n\u00eb, Gjermanin\u00eb e Franc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n
\u201cT\u00eb tre k\u00ebta aleat\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt garantojn\u00eb sovranitetin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes trupave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb KFOR krahas vendeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb NATO-s, kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje strategjike me Serbin\u00eb: SHBA-ja p\u00ebr energjetik\u00eb, Gjermania p\u00ebr litium dhe Franca p\u00ebr aeroplan\u00eb ushtarak.\u201d<\/p>\n
