Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur se Marr\u00ebveshja me Bank\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 90.3 milion\u00eb euro si mb\u00ebshtetje direkte buxhetore p\u00ebr ligjet q\u00eb jan\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs dhe sipas tij, kjo praktik\u00eb e marrjes s\u00eb kredis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur buxhetin \u00ebsht\u00eb e gabuar.<\/p>\n

Zakonisht kredit\u00eb n\u00eb vite normale buxhetore merren p\u00ebr projekte kapitale. Kjo kredi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e reflektuar n\u00eb strategjin\u00eb e borxhit 2025-2027.
