T\u00eb akuzuarit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb shqiptar t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me dat\u00eb 01.09.2016 n\u00eb fshatin Zhegovc t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjilanit, kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje me t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin S. Q. zyrtar n\u00eb Agjencionit Pyjor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00eb pas n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e arm\u00ebs, i akuzuari Sh. B. godet disa her\u00eb n\u00eb kok\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb edhe dy t\u00eb akuzuarit e tjer\u00eb godasin me mjete t\u00eb fort\u00eb n\u00eb trupin e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit, me \u00e7ka ka p\u00ebsuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda trupore, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb marr ndihm\u00ebn mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Klinike Universitare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (QKUK).<\/p>\n
Me k\u00ebto veprime i akuzuari Sh. B. dyshohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale l\u00ebndim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb trupor dhe vepr\u00ebn penale mbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve t\u00eb sanksionuara me Kodin Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KPRK). P\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy vepra trupi gjykues ka shpall aktgjykim d\u00ebnues, duke e d\u00ebnuar me dy (2) vite burgim dhe gjob\u00eb 500 (pes\u00ebqind) Euro.<\/p>\n
T\u00eb akuzuarit N. B. dhe S. B. p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale l\u00ebndim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb trupor, trupi gjykues ka shqiptuar d\u00ebnim prej nj\u00eb (1) viti burgim.<\/p>\n
