N\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr T\u00ebv\u00eb1, nga BE-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se formimi i Asociacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim i Kosov\u00ebs nga marr\u00ebveshja e vitit 2013, e ratifikuar n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n
\u201cNe i b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb ec\u00eb p\u00ebrpara me themelimin e Asociacionit\/Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me draftstatutin e BE-s\u00eb pa vonesa t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme. BE-ja d\u00ebshiron gjithashtu t\u00eb rikujtoj\u00eb se Marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr Rrug\u00ebn e Normalizimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme dhe ligj\u00ebrisht e detyrueshme n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj si p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn ashtu edhe p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Nabila Massrali, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Politik\u00ebn e Jashtme dhe Siguri.<\/p>\n
Kjo deklarat\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kur jan\u00eb pyetur p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb u shpreh kryetari i Kuvendit, Glauk Konjufca, se Kosova s\u2019po trajtohet si shtet nga BE-ja dhe si kan\u00eb marr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr hartimin e draftstatutit t\u00eb Asociacionit.<\/p>\n
Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrmbushja e obligimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme p\u00ebr dt\u00eb yja vendet dhe se edhe Serbia pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb obligimet e saj q\u00eb rrjedhin nga kjo marr\u00ebveshje.<\/p>\n
