{"id":185466,"date":"2024-11-18T09:58:32","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T08:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/?p=185466"},"modified":"2024-11-18T09:59:00","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T08:59:00","slug":"sfidat-e-te-rinjve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiostargjilan.com\/web\/sfidat-e-te-rinjve\/","title":{"rendered":"Sfidat e t\u00eb rinjve sot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sot periudha e zhvillimit n\u00eb pubertet dhe adoleshenc\u00eb p\u00ebrcillet me  nj\u00eb intensitet t\u00eb theksuar me ndryshime emocionale,  biologjike, sociale, kognitive.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb ekspozuar shum\u00eb ndaj teknologjis\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i rrjeteve sociale pa mas\u00eb, pa kontroll duke krijuar varshm\u00ebri, karshi k\u00ebsaj varshm\u00ebrie kjo periudhe duke u p\u00ebrcjell edhe me sjellje antisociale me tendenc\u00eb agresive, impulsive, me ngacmime t\u00eb ndryshme si: fizike, emocionale, sociale, psikologjike.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo periudh\u00eb shpesh her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit kur prind\u00ebrit ballafaqohen me situata t\u00eb ndryshme duke krijuar nj\u00eb gjendje tendencioze e konfliktuoze edhe brenda familjes.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e apo t\u00eb themi periudha e ndryshimit, adoleshenca duke insistuar me k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shpesh her\u00eb ato k\u00ebrkesa nga prind\u00ebrit plot\u00ebsohen dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri gjenda psikologjike dhe emocionale e t\u00eb rinjve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb stabile.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 ka rrethi social mjedisi, duke ndikuar p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrshtatur bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konformizmit var\u00ebsisht nga k\u00ebrkesa q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt duke quar deri n\u00eb ato k\u00ebrkesa irracionale dhe t\u00eb jo t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn dhe zhvillimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb realizimin e atyre k\u00ebrkesave pastaj nga t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb asgj\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb interesante mandej mungon edhe p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr detyrat, obligimet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb karshi periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvillimit.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, madje ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe t\u00eb pa mundur, q\u00eb t\u2019u flasin f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre adoleshent\u00eb p\u00ebr sfidat, krizat dhe problemet t\u00eb cilat paraqiten n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb, po ashtu t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb edhe gjetjen e ndonj\u00eb forme dhe m\u00ebnyre t\u00eb komunikimit n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb  rinjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente se n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e komunikimit n\u00eb raport me adoleshentet stilet e p\u00ebrnderimit luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si komunikojn\u00eb, sa e kuptojn\u00eb bot\u00ebn e adoleshentit, q\u00eb t\u2019i kuptojn\u00eb ndjenjat dhe emocionet e tyre, p\u00ebrvojat e tyre qofshin ato pozitive ose negative etj.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebnyra e komunikimit me adoleshentet duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb racionale, jo gjykuese, jo l\u00ebnduese, por informuese, k\u00ebshilluese dhe vetedjiesuese lidhur me ecurin\u00eb dhe sfidat t\u00eb cilat ka adoleshenti para vetes.<\/p>\n<p>E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme se me adoleshentin \u00ebsht\u00eb komunikimi i cili duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb: q\u00ebllim, mesazh dhe ndikim.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn synimin q\u00eb q\u00ebndron mbas fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb fol\u00ebsit dhe ku doni t\u00eb dilini me mesazhin tuaj dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb brengose, shqet\u00ebsuese dhe sfiduese p\u00ebr adoleshentin.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa e dyt\u00eb e komunikimit \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb mesazhi;
