UEFA sot ka njoftuar p\u00ebrmes faqes zyrtare se ka nisur procedurat p\u00ebr ndeshjen Rumani-Kosov\u00ebn, bazuar n\u00eb nenin 55 t\u00eb Rregullores Disiplinore t\u00eb UEFA-s.<\/p>\n


\n<\/strong>UEFA njoftoi se kishte hapur \u201cprocedura disiplinore\u201d pas incidenteve n\u00eb ndeshjen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Lig\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombeve. N\u00eb ndeshjen ku luajti Komb\u00ebtarja e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb minuta shtes\u00eb lojtar\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb pasi tifoz\u00ebt rumun\u00eb filluan thirrjet raciste \u201cSerbi, Serbi\u201d dhe vandalizuan duke hedhur karrige n\u00eb fush\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Vendimet e tjera do t\u00eb merren n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni, ku deri tani dy federatat kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar argumentet e tyre.<\/p>\n

Por \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb neni 55, sipas t\u00eb cilit UEFA hapi hetimet dhe mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb procedim disiplinor?<\/div>\n

1\/ Procedurat hapen nga administrata e UEFA-s:<\/p>\n

a) bazuar n\u00eb raportet zyrtare;
\nb) n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb protest\u00eb;
\nc) me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Komitetit Ekzekutiv t\u00eb UEFA-s, presidentit ose sekretarit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb UEFA-s;
\nd) me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb inspektorit t\u00eb etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs;
\ne) bazuar n\u00eb dokumentet e marra nga nj\u00eb autoritet publik;
\nf) n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb mundshme disiplinore, me miratimin e nj\u00eb inspektori t\u00eb etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs, sipas paragrafit t\u00eb m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<\/p>\n

2\/ Kur b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb, ajo duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet nga nj\u00eb inspektor i etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs. Sipas gjykimit t\u00eb tij, inspektori mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb t\u00eb mos miratoj\u00eb hapjen e procedur\u00ebs, n\u00ebse nuk ka arsye t\u00eb forta p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb rast se paraqitet nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb, nj\u00eb inspektor i etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs duhet ta vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb. Inspektori i etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb, sipas gjykimit t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb mos miratoj\u00eb hapjen e procedurave n\u00ebse nuk ka arsye t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. Mungesa e arsyeve t\u00eb vlefshme ndodh, p\u00ebr shembull, kur \u00e7\u00ebshtja mund t\u00eb zgjidhet n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar, mund t\u00eb ishte subjekt i nj\u00eb proteste, nuk lidhet me nj\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb mundshme disiplinore, kur pala q\u00eb paraqet ankes\u00ebn nuk ka nj\u00eb interes ligjor t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtje, ose kur organet disiplinore t\u00eb UEFA-s nuk kan\u00eb juridiksion t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen.<\/p>\n

3\/ Nj\u00eb vendim nga nj\u00eb inspektor i etik\u00ebs dhe disiplin\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos miratuar hapjen e procedurave mund t\u00eb apelohet para Organit t\u00eb Kontrollit, Etik\u00ebs dhe Disiplin\u00ebs brenda pes\u00eb dit\u00ebve pas njoftimit t\u00eb vendimit.<\/p>\n
