N\u00eb njoftim thuhet se p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar t\u00eb licencuarit q\u00eb t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb pajtim me Kreun VIII t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet si dhe Ligjin dhe aktet n\u00ebnligjore t\u00eb KPM-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, KPM ka hartuar edhe nj\u00eb Let\u00ebr Sqaruese lidhur me obligimet e Ofruesve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimeve Mediale Audiovizuele sipas Rregullores KPM-2024\/03.<\/p>\n
Tutje, thuhet se KPM njofton t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ofruesit e sh\u00ebrbimeve mediale audio-vizuele se gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs dhe heshtjes zgjedhore t\u00eb zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb licencuarit e KPM-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb pajtueshm\u00ebri me legjislacionin e KPM-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cOSHM-t\u00eb (televizionet dhe radiot) t\u00eb cilat vendosin t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb programin e tyre gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore do t\u00eb deklarohen tek KPM n\u00ebse do t\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb fushat\u00ebn jo m\u00eb larg se shtat\u00eb (7) dit\u00eb kalendarike para fillimit t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore (neni 6.2 i Rregullores KPM-2024\/03). Gjithashtu, n\u00eb pajtim me Ligjin p\u00ebr Zgjedhje, t\u00eb licencuarit jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguar t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb n\u00eb KPM ditar\u00ebt p\u00ebr zgjedhje: Ditari A terminet pa pages\u00eb, Ditari B terminet me pages\u00eb. Ditar\u00ebt plot\u00ebsohen dhe dor\u00ebzohen n\u00eb KPM t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn e secil\u00ebs jav\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb raportuar p\u00ebr jav\u00ebn paraprake, sipas Nenit 11, paragrafi 3 i Rregullores KPM-2024\/03.
