Rreth nj\u00eb vit pas aksidentit, Gjykata e Qarkut e Dietikonit e shpalli at\u00eb fajtor p\u00ebr aksident t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe e d\u00ebnoi at\u00eb me 43 muaj n\u00eb burg. Gjykata e Qarkut fillimisht nuk vendosi p\u00ebr d\u00ebbimin e tij.
