N\u00eb nj\u00eb reagim t\u00eb VV-s\u00eb pasi PZAP hodhi posht\u00eb ankes\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr rivotim me post\u00eb, thuhet se vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pabaz\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Vet\u00ebvendosje ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se aneks\u00ebn n\u00eb PZAP e ka d\u00ebrguar sipas afateve ligjore t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfati i fundit p\u00ebr t\u2019u ankuar mbi baz\u00ebn e njoftimit t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb ka qen\u00eb data 07.03.2025, ora 21:00, kurse L\u00ebvizja VET\u00cbVENDOSJE! e ka dor\u00ebzuar ankes\u00ebn bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha provat n\u00eb PZAP t\u00eb premten, ora 20:20. Njoftimi i sot\u00ebm nga ana e PZAP-s\u00eb se ankesa jon\u00eb p\u00ebr anulimin e flet\u00ebvotimeve t\u00eb d\u00ebrguara me post\u00eb dhe rivotimin p\u00ebrmes post\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e paafatshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb pozicion arbitrar dhe i pashpjeguesh\u00ebm i PZAP.Vendimi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk respekton njoftimin zyrtar t\u00eb KQZ p\u00ebr momentin e p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha num\u00ebrimeve n\u00eb QNR dhe k\u00ebshtu bie ndesh me Ligjin p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet e P\u00ebrgjithshme, rregullat e KQZ-s\u00eb, si dhe me praktikat e deritanishme t\u00eb parashtrimit e shqyrtimit t\u00eb ankesave p\u00ebr c\u00ebnim t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor. Justifikimi i PZAP-s\u00eb se kinse ankesa \u00ebsht\u00eb e pasafatshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb qartazi tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ikur p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb institucionale e ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur integritetin e procesit zgjedhor\u201d, thuhet nga Vet\u00ebvendosje.<\/p>\n
